As I move to grow the company I was fortunate enough to take over as CEO in late 2022 I am announcing what I feel is good news. We are rolling back our pricing increases. In 2022 we saw our costs skyrocket to levels our company has never seen and prices I have never seen in my over 20 years of working in this industry. When I took over as CEO I went to work for our customers to get our pricing low, competitive, and yet still profitable for our board members. We were able to achieve lowering our prices by re-negotiating the costs that we have as a company with our service providers such as our third-party vendors, ISPs, and even our payroll was lowered to get the money and the savings our company needed to return us to our low prices.  We have done all this while also re-instituted payment methods such as checks, over-the-phone, and barter exchanges that our company belongs to. We are eliminating the phone support charge as well and opening our phone to each and every customer who needs help. Our portal is still the best way to get support but we understand that phone support is needed and it is there for free.

Each and every sales representative of our company will also open themselves to your phone calls if you need help you can contact your sales representative directly. We are rolling back many of the previously announced changes immediately so anyone who is renewing a service for the month of February will pay what they paid in February of last year. I am thankful for your support and your business and will do everything I can to make sure your business is put first and that we only ever charge you a fair rate. As with every company I have either worked for or owned we will work with you on the pricing so if pricing is an issue please contact us. We worked very hard since last September to get our pricing under control as any company should and we are happy with the results we have been able to achieve.
